In Pirates' Cove My Files, faculty and staff have 100 MB of file storage
space, and students have 30 MB of file storage space.
Upload Files
- Select the "Browse" button.
- Select the file you want to upload and select "Open."
- Select the "Add File" button. The file will appear in the Choose
a File pane.

Create Folders
- Type a folder name in the "Add Folder" field.
- Select the "Add Folder" button. The folder will appear in the
Choose a File and Choose a Folder panes.

Move Files to Folders
- In the Choose a File pane, put a check in the selection box next
to the file you want to move.
- In the Move Selected Files dropdown menu, select the folder you want to
move the file into.
- Select the "Move" button. The file is automatically moved to
the folder you selected. To see the file, click on the folder that contains
the file.

Delete Files
- In the Choose a File pane, put a check in the selection box next
to the file you want to delete.
- Select the "Delete" button next to Delete Selected Files/Folders.
The file is moved to the Trash.

Delete Folders
- Delete all of the files in the folder. The folder must be empty before
you can delete it.
- In the Choose a File pane, put a check in the selection box next
to the folder you want to delete.
- Select the "Delete" button.

Empty Trash
- Select "Trash" in the Choose a Folder pane.
- Select the "Empty" button next to Empty Trash.

Download Files
- In the Choose a File pane, click on the file name of the file you
want to download.
- Select the Save option.
- Choose a location to save the file and select "Save."
